Riverwalk Monthly Board Meeting
July 19, 2017

The meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. A quorum was called by the Board Members present: Beryl Sawyer, Paul Lunsford and Allison Tinsley.

No minutes from the previous meeting was available to be read.

Allison Tinsley was appointed as acting Secretary for this meeting.

Officer Reports:

Treasurer Report: Paul Lunsford –

We have $73,000.00 in the Bank. We are in budget for operating expenses and property assessments. Motion was approved to accept the Treasurer report.

ACC Chairman Report: Allison Tinsley –

Next week the ACC committee will be riding through the neighborhood identifying homes that are in violation of the following Covenants:

Failure to Maintain your lots (i.e. dead trees, overgrown lawns, cut grass and leaves that have been swept into the street and are covering the drainage areas).

Residents that are in violation will be cited and notices will be sent to them. Residents cited for blocking the drainage areas will be reported to the WSA. Motion was approved to accept the ACC Committee report.

Facility Operations Report: Beryl Sawyer - To date we have not had any major facility damages or failures that would be in noncompliance with county inspections.

•  Pool Maintenance contractor was used 17 days in May/June. The contractor has been used 6 days in July.

•  Septic Tank Sod Repair was taken care of by Beryl, savings to HOA $530.00.

•  Clubhouse has been setup as a Precinct for the Sherriff's Departments' use. To date no Sherriff's Deputies have used the facility.

Motion was made and accepted to change the name of the Social Committee to the Civic Activity Committee.

Motion was made and approved to authorize $500.00 for purchase of new Signs for Pool Rules. One will be posted on the entrance gate to the pool area and one posted inside the pool area. Violators will be subject to removal from the pool and/or pool privileges could be revoked.

Motion was made and approved to authorize $150.00 for purchase of Precinct Sign to be posted at the Clubhouse entrance.

New Business:

All Board members need to start thinking about budget issues to be discussed in the August Budget Meeting.

As of today, 40 families have not completed the Pool rules form or picked up their Pool bracelets. 104 families have picked up their bracelets.

Information will be posted on the website and the Message Board at the entrance about the next Neighborhood Watch Meeting. We are asking that anyone interested in participating in the Neighborhood Watch please attend this meeting.
